小贴士鹌鹑蛋这样很好*,亲们试试吧;板栗焯水是为了在表面形成一道保护膜,再炖的时候不易散开;切记要加热水,加凉水会激住肉,不好熟呢;如果不好掌握肉的熟度,就用筷子扎瘦肉,很容易的扎进去那就是熟了,一定要瘦肉熟了再加盐。
